well i know this post was up a while ago but does anyone have a picture of a custom hood vent that i could look at. so i could make up my mind weather i want the custom hood or the actual hood...

That's the halfass job on it right now. I think its like a starfire navy blue (very dark blue with green flake) the prep work, if they did any, really sucked.
