Hey guys and gals . . . my name is Fabian and im from San Antonio, TX. I've always loved celicas and I've always wanted a GT-4, but i don't know how to go about getting one. I'll throw the bs flag on that one... Even though the 3sgte is legal here... for them to accept a car they have to test it *THIS MEANS CRASH TESTING* for everything they test to see if anything has changed.... It's not near as easy/cheap as you say. Unless you can afford everything... ur sol
