So then my parents failed when they lost me in a store?? cuz i was a rambunctious little kid who would just run!! My brother used to say "shes not a pill...shes a capsul"

I was a handful....... it happens! Im sure when ur a mom u will have plenty of moments where you will say "what was i thinking? That could have been a horrible situation"

what about baby rebecca?? who fell in the storm drain or something like that?? Poor parenting? Kids get into things and its not always a parents fault

thats my .02 --- im not trying to argue im just saying...I gues probably cuz i hear stories about when i was a kid...Numerous times i almost strangled myself in my car seat cuz i didnt wanna be in it. Stuff happens!

also it says the mother was inside caring for a sibling - ok so lets say his lil or older brother skinned his knee and she ran in to get a bandaid for the kid and was gone for 2 mins - yeah she probably should have told the 4 year old to come with but at that split moment it was to care for the hurt child. It just doesnt say how long she was gone for. ya know what i mean? there just isnt enough about the situation to judge if it was poor parenting
