![]() What is this little "box" on my intake? I can only imagine it's some sort of silencer or something.. To keep the sound from the intake down.. Then again, I'm mechanicly impaired (spelling?) and don't know crap about engines. -------------------- ![]() |

I'm afraid you have a US spec engine my friend. You can tell by the intake manifold.

I'm pretty sure my car (or engine) is Euro spec. (US was a typo, I'm pretty sure my car is Euro spec) EDIT: And since my car is a 99', I'm even more sure. They didn't sell any (or produce I guess) STs in US in 99'. Didn't they stop at 97' or something? And just sold the GT after that..
