hey I wanted to know if anyone could sell me some decent lowering springs for a good price... get at me!!

Try these. I'm going to pick these up after some sway bars.
http://www.motors.ebay.com/ <- Go here. Under "Parts & Accessories", click on "Car & Truck." Then type in "94-99 celica s. tech." All of those are resonably priced, you just pick one.
