paid about $3.59 for a 3oz can of candy apple paint, and $4 for clear coat. Did it all in a few hours. i like the result.

first i took the tails out, 3 10mm bolts and unplug wire harness, next i used masking tape all around the tails and used a knife to cut tail shapes, next is sanding, i used 320 grit, then applied layer after layer of the paint, 4 layers i used, waited about 20 minutes in between coats, then i used 600 grit wet sandpaper, dried, used 3 layers of clear coat.
