 annoying popping/knocking noise, please help! |

hi, i have an annoying popping/knocking noise every time i press the gas, let go of the gas when accelerating and sometimes going over bumps...i've noticed this ever since i installed my tein s-tech and kyb gr2s...at first i thought i might had did something wrong when installing the springs and shocks but i've removed them and reinstalled all of them and is still making the noise. rite now i'm thinking it is the stabilizer links or bushings but have no idea on how to check them! can someone help me figure out what's the problem!
oh yea, the noise comes mostly on the front left and rear left and a little on the rear right... thanks inadvance! need to get rid of this annoying noise!

today i jacked up my car and checked again to see what is causing the noise and i noticed that the spring is able to move forward and backward while in the car, is that normal or can that be the problem?
