are every LHD GT-Four (Europe) less powerfull (in HP) than the RHD (JDM) ones?

JMD =255 BHP
UKMD = 239 BHP EDM = ---- BHP it's down to speed limiters and polition restriction, also i think a countrys insurace could be considered, not sure if toyota would think of that....... but hey pull off a coulpe of sensors and change the filler and 260 BHP no problems ...... i think i heard somewhere before you can re-chip no problems
