Anyone in the area been to it yet? It's so awesome. I went opening day at 10AM. My one friend waited at the doors from 1AM to 9AM when it opened just to be the first one in. The entire 2 million square feet complex consists of 2 parts: The Galeria at Pittsburgh Mills (The Mall) and The Village at Pittsburgh Mills (other on-campus stores)
Mall features: -1.1 Million square feet -Over 200 stores (some not opened yet) -Bowling alley -17 movie screens, 1 IMAX -NASCAR SpeedPark racetrack -Sears Grand, JcPenny, Kaufmanns, Dick's Sporting Goods Village Features: -Lowes -Wal-mart Super Center -Sam's Club -115-room Springhill Suites Hotel -Longhorn Steakhouse -Eat N' Park -Steak N' Shake -2 Banks I'm pretty sure this is the 3rd largest shopping mall/shopping complex in the U.S. I should probably get a job there lol. But man, its awesome. Finally a place to hang out in my boring ass town lol. And it only 5 mins away from my house. yea..it took half a year for the track to open and almost 2 years to build the mall, roads, bridges over the highway and everything..and the thing is, right across the road from this mall is Canada's Wonderland, biggest amusement park in ontario.
