I was out test driving cars again the other day and I ran into a 1.8 turbo Gti. I like this car a lot. Very simple but nice styling. And it was pretty fast too. Come with 180hp. I figure 300hp wouldn't be to hard to get. I was just wondering what people have heard about this car. And does anyone know if the 2.8vr6 is a better option? I'm liking the lightweight 1.8 turbo. Just curious.

my friend has a GTi 1.8t Rabbit aniversary edition. the car is solidly built and is GREAT, i like the car alot and it has tons of pep. handling is good, probably better than a celica, but the car is a bit on the hefty side. it doesnt really respond too well to modifications and i think 300HP isnt going to be very cheap or reliable out of that motor. the Recaro seats in the Rabbit edition are awesome
