 help!!! HIRO rear extensions!, kits here, how to put on |

yes yes i know, i always need help
 i got my hiro rear extensions and ss3 front extensions painted,,, this is where i need the help though.. the front ones have the little tabs to screw into the bumper.. thats okay.. what about the hiro rears?? theres no tabs. friend of mine suggested 3M tape.. is this what u guys have done or is there somewhere that needs to be drilled?? i'll be putting it on tomorrow so i will love you guys to death if you help me out
