all of a sudden my shock and prox sensors quit working i had spliced them 2gether cuz there was only one spot to hook it up. and today my remote got wet cuz i work at a water park and it stopped (my fault) and so i used the key to open getting redy to get in and reset the alarm and it didnt go off when i opened it. not good not good at all.

Well, your alarm manual should tell you which color wire going to the sensor does what. Typically there are four wires - +12v, ground, an instant ground trigger, and a warn-away input. I believe that you want to diode-isolate both the instant trigger and the warn-away input. I can't remember for sure though...searching on the12volt.com will yield an answer I'm sure.
About the door trigger, find the door trigger wire on your alarm, and verify that it gives +12 volts when the doors are closed and gives ground when a door is opened. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
