whats up people ive been thinking aabout getting some lowering springs for my car (FINALLY) but i had a question... I currently have 17 inch rims on my car with the 205 size tire (i think) and i can fit my whole hand in between the tire and the fender. has anyone else had this HORRIBLE fender gap problem before loweirng their car? and is 1.8 inches enough of a drop without me scraping all the time?

You dont have to buy shocks, but its a good idea that you do because when you lower your car you put alot more weight and stress on your shocks. If you drive normally and not to hard chances are your shocks will last if they are new, but if they have a good amount of mileage of them they are probably gonna blow. It's one of those recommended things to do but not mandatory
