 got LEDS!, anyone else use these? |

alright i bought 3 ultra bright blue LEDS and 3 resistors and a blue light up switch
what i need to know is how bright will this make my guages because i do not want to be blinded  if it is to bright i was thinking of putting them inside the case with my gauges and make some sort of plastic top peice to keep them out of my eyes and point them at the guages anyhow has anyone ever done this?

Yeah, over in Japan those sell like hotcakes. I had some hooked up, shining on my gauges just like that pic before I got my Indoglos. Then I had some shining down from the plastic dome light and som ein my rear glass and they looked pretty phat. They interface with a regular cigarette lighter adapter, I had a multiple adapter (4 slots) that I had hooked up under my dash. If anybody wants some they're dirt cheap over here at Autobacs and just mail me and I'll give you some more info.
