My windshield has many many scratches, I think they are from winshield wipers and the scatches are only on a part of the windshield where wipers go. If I look through the corners there are no scratches. Two of my friends had the same problem, one of them has a CRX other one had a Camry. So my question is, Is there any way to fix that without buying a new windshield?

Chrome polish should do the trick -- as I've had it explained to me, chrome and automotive glass have near identical hardness.
I would suggest trying this in the corner of the windshield first. Alternately, there are glass polishes but it's more a really good clean than an actual abrasive, which is what is required to remove scratches. |
