I just got my car back from the paint shop, and i dont know if it was really dirty before or just the 7 years of wear and tear i had put on it, but it looks amazing!! I stuck with the factory red and im glad, because it is exactly the color i was looking for, just a bit darker than what i had. I think it was the layers of dirt that was covering the paint that made it lighter. But they did forget to paint my vert skirts, which sucks. So i have to go back later next month to get them done. But they got my splitters and extensions which im going to install tonight.

So im going to hold off posting any pictures until the Seattle meet tomorrow. That way Coomer can take some really nice pictures that my tiny digital cant do. It looks so nice i want to go to the window every other minute to look at it. But im late for work, so drooling will have to wait smile.gif

Orville:

Are you going to sand the skirts smooth before you paint them? I think it would make them look alot better if you go with the monocrome look.

Jay.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
