i gave an email to pro car parts acouple of days ago and ask them to consider making clear turn signals for the 94-95 celica and i just got a response back today:
Hello, Thank you for your questions and concerns. We will be sure to send that to our production company as an idea for manufacturing. Thank you for your interest in our products. so all u 94- 95 celica owners....we might not have to wait that much longer for our turn signals and we might not have to make our own anymore |

its only illegal if your bulbs are clear or blue as well... you MUST have amber light emmitted by law.
