QUOTE(initialdrift55 @ Jul 25, 2005 - 2:42 PM) Wut you can do is run the wire thru the center console and remove the ashtray tray and drill a small hole in the walla of it so the wire could enter thru there and the ipod fits perfectly snuggled in the ashtray location (as long as the tray is out) and it looks flushed and nice )i did this) I thought about that, but my ash tray is my coin holder!! What I'm going to do when I get a new head unit is bring the wire forward through the little slot under the CD Player so I can just slide the iPod in there. Oh yeah, I'll have an iPod ready head unit too, so I won't need immediate access to the iPod itself. -------------------- |

Will my stock headunit (10640-34 Type 2) have RCA inputs? I would like to connect my ipod using a Nyko iPod stereo Link. As it's neat & simple, offers a better sound quality, and it's cheap. |
