Ok I have axs to a 5sfe, and am considering swapping it to get rid of the 7afe. First thing how difficult would it be?

Yeah, it's not worth it for an extra 20+ HP. I hear it's almost as hard as a 3S-GTE swap. You would also need GT motor mounts.
