hey everyone... Im looking into doing a 3S-GTE swap when I get my celica
I was actually looking at the ST246 254 HP quoted on this site. Now I called for a quote and I got a quote in Calgary of $1600 CDN dollars for all the stuff for a complete swap. Obviously shippign aint goign to be that good... but still at that price I cant loose or can I? LOL Anyways My question is does that seem really cheap? Secondly Anyone who has done that swap what kind of mileage can I expect from the car? Thanks tonnes Jay |

that is a good deal especially for a 4th gen 3sgte, however i dont believe your goin to get ALL the parts needed for a complete swap unless you buy a clip. also, nobody that i know of has attemped a caldina swap so you would have to figure everything out for yourself. i read the wiring would be a nightmare for that engine. best of luck to you though if you decide to try it. cant comment on the mpg because i havnt done the swap.

Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. |
