there is supposed to be a button right above the drivers side air vent what is it?

I also have the Rear Fog switch there. But it does not work anymore since i installed my JDM Tails. Every European car build from 1995 upwards needs a working rear foglight for MOT. So glad my car is from 94. Saves me the hussle swapping back to stock lights before the Yearly Car check.
Traction Controle was an option for Celicas here in Holland. I believe it was introduced in 1996. So when the new front bumper/sideskirts were fitted to the Celica. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
