=/ was just about to get my provisionals off in december but now my 18 months start over again. can someone inform me of the point system for speeding in md. also, is it true that after you turn 18, you can already drive after 12 even if you dont have your provisionals off. ty.
btw, i was speeding to get to my girl for our 1 year anniversary. =/ the speed limit on the road is bogus anywho ok, so i read up on the maryland state laws and it says first moving violation w/ provisionals = improvement class, 2nd = up to 30 days suspension, 3rd = up to 180 days suspension. i got my 1st 1 in a minor fender bender that didnt even need to be reported, but my dad said he wanted to be reported because he didnt understand. i took a class i got my 2nd by speeding = 30 days suspended. now, 4 months from getting my provisionals off, i get my 3rd. will i definately get suspended?, without a doubt. how do i go about trying to lower the amount of days. i go to court, admit guilt, but ask to lower the days? someone plz help me This post has been edited by Celicaca: Aug 6, 2005 - 12:21 AM |

damn man I'd love to help but I have no idea what the hell provisionals or anything are. In Kansas it's nice and easy for the rednecks outside of the city I live in lol, after 3 tickets within a year you lose your license. Otherwise, just pay it. Little more options with paying it but there's no point system or anything like that.
