 3SGTE Wiring Question, The Mystery of the missing "FC" wire |

Here is the pinout of the '92 Celica Alltrac (USDM). The bottom of the image is a copy of the top with the differences in the JDM ECU that I have. I am trying to locate the "FC" (fuel cut) wire. Anyone have any suggestions?

Here's a simpler way to ask the question. On the GT4, which has the "IG2" plug, where does the wire go from the IG2 plug TO the ECU? Where on the ECU is it?
