We have the same problems in Cyprus.
Lot of people modified their cars without upgrading their Brakes to bigger or suspension for improving handling and using their cars for street racing,of course many people died cuz of this and now police looking for modified cars and they impound more than 300 cars in 10 months!!!! Most of the cars are hondas but if they see bigger wheels, stickers or your car is too lowered you are going for inspection!!!!!!! Of course the problem is that cops does not have the knowledge to understand when a car its modified and not safe and they impound them. What a shame for a goverment for not be able to measure the sound from exhaust system using accurate machines but using cops ears!!! |
