NO2 seems to be the new talk in the town. supposed to increase blood flow which obviously helps in repairing muscles and keeps them more "blown up". just wanted to know if anybody on here has tried it. any feedback is welcome.

Theres this stuff called aminofuel... that helps a lot when lifting wieghts to give you that extra push. Also eating bananas help, cut the aminacid to your muscles so you can go a lil longer with out then burning as bad. BUT be carful, you can tear or stress your muscles.. I worked out way to hard one day and then couldnt work out for like 2 weaks from straining my muscles to much.
Also if your lookign to get cut, a very very easy way to help, is every night OR morning.. Do 100 full push ups.. and then 150-200 crunches.. That is a very nice work out for not working out. and will def show nice results for only 10 min of work out. This post has been edited by Digndoug: Aug 9, 2005 - 2:29 PM |
