Did some searches and just want to confirm that I am correct.
For the rears, I would have to buy the full bolton hub? |

you don't need the hub to replace the bearing, but i think most parts places sell it with the hub anyways. The toyota by me said that the bearing comes with the hub, but i elected to get an SKF one from napa for 80% cheaper.
