 Celica ST front Rotors with GT rotors, Ok I sound like an idiot when I say this |

Ok, So today I got my Brembo Rotors that I bought off of ebay and tried to swap it with my other rotors on my Celica. Well these rotors were for the GT and my car is an ST. I can't seem to fit these onton my Celica. Now, do the GT's have different types of breaking system on the front as well such as bigger breaks? I thought they were the same type of breaks with the rear as a difference?

PUNCH ME SOMEONE!!! The rotors for the GT are much bigger than the ST!!
The GT brembo rotors will fit right in, but the calipers on the ST will not work, because it is smaller then the GT's. NOTE(maybe someone should change that in the information section of "difference in GT and ST") Oh and the Rotors on the GT are also a lot bigger then the ST. This brings me to conclude that ST models are really the $hit models after all, but oh well I like my ST and wouldn't trade it for any other car (even tho its not working)..... I gonna go and try to get some calipers off a GT and see if that works. |
