BAH HELP!, with my new computer Options

I just ordered a gateway 200ARC laptop from an internet company w/o a operating system. Ive tryed several times to install windows XP pro, Windows XP home, and windows 2000 pro. When I try to install XP i get a blue error screen telling me that its dumping the physcical memory yadda yadda yadda. When i install 2000 pro it just errors and tells me i have to restart. Any sugestions, or is this a hardware problem that i should ship it back to the company. Thanks all!

edit: its a centrino 1.4ghz display model that aparently worked before it shipped, it was then formatted and sent to me. also i tried using different memory. no luck

1st problem.. centrino, 2nd problem.. gateway, 3rd problem.. im good with computers but have no clue why u can install that

1. Centrino is great for monility, just isn't a power house.

2. I'm on a gateway and they're just as good as the other pc's I sell.

Sounds like an IQR or NMI error. . what os did the PC come with ?
