 how to install speakers, i need help bad!!!! |

i just baught new alpine speaker for my car but having a hard time installing it... the front door stock speakers are 6 3/4 but the 6 1/2 works but they dont fit onto the speaker holder.......what do i do

how about the rear speaker on my hatchback....how do i install them in....the 6 1/2 fits in the groves perfectly but there is not enough plastic on the speaker holder for me to srew the speaker onto
