 Rust starting to form, how do I fix it? |

I am starting to get some rust showing on the inisde bottom of my D/s car door. ITs the rounded part right underneath the reflector/ light
What do I do to fix it in this area? |

depending on how bad it is, which dosen't sound that bad, sand it, prime it, and spot paint it. that should take care of it.
