I can say this much if i'm still in this country during the next election and Jeb wins (after seeing his part in Jr's first run he will), i'm sneaking over the Mexican border. Sad thing is a great majority of that money is going right into contractors pockets, there is still around 500,000 troops per branch and around 200,000 Marines so it isn't like more money is going towards troop pay (other than special pay), the southern border of america will show proof that it isn't about defense, IMO it's the greatest scam in history, become president and run the country in the way that benefits yourself and friends the most. This whole thing started over Osama, Clinton found him in less than a year (but he was hunting with a foriegn ally of the US and we wouldn't risk attacking), Bush has been "looking" for him for 4 years and can't find him and IMO he doesn't want to.
