 rear brakes? not working right |

I replaced my rear brakes and now my hand brake dosnt work also the rear brake dosnt seem to be working right. I have repolaced rear drums before without a problem but am more faimliar with disc. Do you i have to tighten the one tensioner bolt until the drum and barley fit on or what?

do you have drums? Well you might have to tighetn the adjuster screw thats at the bottom of the brakes that will spread the brakes apart.
