I dont have a holder tool. Can anyone recommend a way to hold it? Can i jam something after i remove the starter motor? I dont have any money left to rent the tool.

Or, you can put a 6 point socket on the crank bolt, with a rachet or breaker-bar against something solid (the floor or whatever). Then disconnect the coil so that the engine can't start, hop in the car, and crank the engine for about 1/2 a second. CRACK! The bolt will be loose!
![]() That's called a starter bump by the way and is used quite a bit. Then you'll need a typical puller to get the crank off.
