Hey all.
I need to get new tires soon. I was wondering if 15" (or larger) tires would work better than the standard stock 14" tires on my ST, since my suspension is stock. And if I could get larger tires, would I then need new rims as well? This post has been edited by Mage: Aug 28, 2005 - 5:52 PM |

i think you are trying to ask.. If i keep my orginal rims, can i buy taller tires for my car. In that case: the answer is yes, you can buy taller tires for your orginal rims. It will affect your cars handeling and rub the body.
But if you are trying to put 15" tires for your orginal rims. the anwer is NO. It is not physically possible. Imagine trying to put a big tractor tire onto your rims. It just won't fit. You can put 15" and 16" rims on your car with out affecting your car dramatifcally, If you get the correct tire wall height. |
