I have been doing a veriation of all for the past wel 3 years.. more or less the past year. I use to be umm well very big, and now well not so big. I seems liek anything I do works great as long as i stick with it. So. I do all three.. I run, bike and lift weights..

Where is the option for "other" or "none of the above"
![]() i used to run but my knee is getting worse so i've been avoiding my tredmil. If i wrap my knee i can go for a half hour but after that i start getting shooting pains up my leg. Not a nice feeling. Pilates is my thing.
