I need to get a hold of charlie. I bought some stuff from him 2 weeks ago and I stil haven't received it. Anyone know where he is or how I can get a hold of him. hes not answering his PMs

i bought the shifter and houseing from him and havnt heard from him or received the shifter from him yet either??? if its on its way then cool
