Hi. I need to change back to my old stock steering wheel since it failed the DMV inspection. I have a Momo steering wheel. I know I can remove the rubber on the front and expose small allen type screws.. How do I replace it. Is it by removing those allen screws will remove the cover(?) and expose the nut to remove the whole steering wheel? Thanks.

press and puller tool is the same thing. You can try to remove it with out the tool. But i would be alot harder.
