HI i live in Ohio right now and i own a 96 celica gt convertible. Everything was fine, but now im moving to California in two weeks. Ok I read somewhere that since my celi is a 96-99 made for out of california use or whatever, that it is illegal there. Well i was just wondering if this was true and if so if there is anything i can do about it. I need to know kinda soon since im leaveing. I really dont want to get it all the way to cali and find out i cant keep it there. So can somebody please help me out with this dilema?
