well since i have to change my turbo seals and stuff im going to be putting a new head gasket on too..and while doing that im going to be putting new valve springs in..and the finishing question is... what kind of valve spring could i put on..i heard supra valve spring could fit..mk3 but im not sure help me out...what is interchangeable and what isn't.....

what, on a 5sfe? You're not going to be reving high enough for it to matter. All the stiffer springs (which you probably can't find) will do is make it physically harder for your engine to run, thus causing you to lose power.

SO we need to know what your intentions are for the 5s? if you go turboed valve springs help because the boost makes it harder to close the valves so a 5sfte project and/or cams would greatly help ot have springs. -------------------- 94' ST Coupe - 5sfe Motor swap and brake swap.
