should i get the 3S-GE VVTI or 3sgte, which one is easier and which one is better and quicker and by how much. also to let u know i have a 97 st

Cyb, as folks told you already, it's only depending on you.
If you prefer 200HP and it's enough for you, then it's wise to go for BEAMS, otherwise you can't be wrong with 3SGTE. And the kick from turbo you will never get from the non-turbo engine. Also very very useful to have a turbo car by overtaking.
