should i get the 3S-GE VVTI or 3sgte, which one is easier and which one is better and quicker and by how much. also to let u know i have a 97 st

One thing I suggest you to do is to go for a preference as well. I like taking the corners at high speed so for better control of the car I go for high revs which can control the car better. If your looking for that push back feel or looking at drags then go for the turbo engine which can be easily modified for more HP. If your just gonna get a daily driver car and have some fun now and then. An N/A engine will best be suited for you such as the beams. Just Remember tho, that I don't really think theres gonna be parts for the engine at NAPA, or wherever you shop for car parts. VVTI beams is next to impossible to find parts for.
