i have my sunroof connected to my window module and it doesnt work, but if i turn the ignition on it does whatever it needs to, like close it if its open or vise versa. when the ignition is on the volts coming out of it are like.00022 i dont get it.

From what i can tell, I would not deal with wiring up the sunroof to the alarm system. Because it deals with a computer that controls the sunroof motor. If you accedently mess up something, you can fry out the computer. That is a $150 unit if I remember correctly.
Another thing is, I dont think the sunroof motor can stop on its own. The motor will keep spining even after the roof is fully open, and this can burn out the motor. You could wire up a series of extra switchs, but it would get messy. |
