Hey i need your guys' input, are these worth the money and installl time? Will I notice a difference or will it benifit the car to do these?

i have a "TRD" ground wire kit. seriously.. don't think i does anything. but when i turbo it might.. lol. but it's just for looks. here's how mine looks
 the ground wire kit is bolt on to the battery and then to the spots where the stock ground cables are. and damn is my engine bay dirty. time to get it steam cleaned.
