 What are these wires for? (3SGTE swap) |

ok so my 3sgte swap is SO close to being finished. i just need to know what a few wires are for. sorry for the bad pics, all i had was my phone.
this first one is back next to the firewall, it comes out of a large bundle of wires behind the TB...  these 2 wires are right by the alternator. i think they're for the AC (wich i wont have) so i might not have to worry about these  and finally, what is this hole for? it looks like a sensor should be in there, but i dont know...  i'd really appreciate any help. its gonna be pretty much finished today other than these few things and maybe the power steering. Thanks! |

That first one looks, like the one that goes into the tranny. It signals your car lights to turn on and indicate that your reversing.
 I dunno about the 3rd one tho. It looks odd.
