On the ct26 there are two vac pipes for the waste gate. the one that points to the turbo goes to the turbo and the on that points away gets capped off when on a 5sfte.

When i cap mine off i cant boost any higher then .30 HG/mm. however when i take it off i am allowed to boost up to .7 cm^2 (10 psi after converstion done) although i only bring it till around 8 psi tops.

Whats up with my set up?

Ive checked for boost leaks and found none.

not sure what 30 HG/mm is in psi ....

the reason you cap that 2nd one off is because on the 3s, it goes to something called the tvsv (or is is tvis?). this is kind of like a factory way to let the car go into low or high boost mode, depending on the what the ecu decides is safe. the 5sfe dosnt have anything like that, so you just cap it.

do you have a boost controller? you are probably getting low boost because you are just running off the wastegate thats setup at like 6-8psi depending on your exhaust. if you get an boost controller in there, youll be able to get more boost.
