On the ct26 there are two vac pipes for the waste gate. the one that points to the turbo goes to the turbo and the on that points away gets capped off when on a 5sfte.

When i cap mine off i cant boost any higher then .30 HG/mm. however when i take it off i am allowed to boost up to .7 cm^2 (10 psi after converstion done) although i only bring it till around 8 psi tops.

Whats up with my set up?

Ive checked for boost leaks and found none.

you may have a restriced exhaust or downpipe that would cause you to get less boost.

or you have a leak from your exhaust manifold

stock DP and the exhaust is a 2.5" crush bend and it terminateds right under the drivers seat area with a magnaflow race series muffler

Ill check for evidence of a leak from the manifold.
