ACTUALLY
The Scion tC wheels have an offset of 45mm and the Celica needs an offset of 35mm to eliminate the "sunk-in" look, so Silver... you are wrong. The only way these would work is to do what Galcobar suggested, throw on some spacers to deal with the offset.
