Whats the best bang for your buck, to increase your hp in a 5S-FE motor?(totally stock) How much HP upgrade should i be looking at? (with whatever your suggestion is.) And does putting Super or Premium gass really effect hp enough for it to matter?

I'd say sence it's a 95, a tune up is your best bet first. I know that's not something you can brag on, but it really does help. New wires, plugs, distributer, fuel filter, whatever else you feel like. If you start with a good base, you'll pick up better numbers. 5hp for intake, and 5 for exhaust is good estimate, but I'd give them 15hp together. I don't have many mods, but my car has had an almost complete tune up. It really helped. I asked the same question you did a good wile back, and I found that it's mostly just good sence that leads you to your next mod. The 5sfe is a low reving engine, so cams really help. Them plus header, exhaust, and intake make a nice combo. You can search around. There's always port and polish head. Better clutch is good too, I got a nice gain out of mine. I'm just rambling. Good luck modding.
