I was just wondering. I don't wanna feel like an idiot so can someone confirm for me that the little black gommets on the front bumper of peoples headlights are washers? I think it's kinda pointless but it looks like a cheap project that I would like to do because it's a nice little extra feature. Where can I get the parts to do this and how would this be wired? This is an additional pump, right? Thanks.

trust me in Moscow in the winter, i'm stopping every 30mins to clean my light so i can see them.......
i need and will install them i hope this winter, and that's just for road use !!!! any one got a part nuimber for the switch and pump, the nozzels would be handy too
