Hey all,
I notiice alot of you guys have gotten really good at custommizing your own body kits, parts, etc... i really taken away with the detail and perfection you guys go thru. but in all honesty. how do you do it??? Im no celica, I own a 240sx... im friends with alot of the members here and theve let me graciously tag along on all the celi meets here in western PA. Im doing a front end conversion and wanted to customize the front bumper... but I dont see how its done without making another entire mold. Its a urathane bumper, flexes waaaay to much to use fiberglass, cant use bondo, cant use dura-glass, anything hard will be destroyed on the first bump... do you glue in more pieces of urathane? is their a special techniquie? someone please explain how you shave lights and such with urathane...??? thanks!: Jon -------------------- ![]() ...Yea, I own a Nissan |

the problem with urethene its hard to bond stuff to it.es fiberglass in the pass with ok results. I personally prefer to work with glass or carbon. You might be better off seeing if they make replacement parts out of glass
